Definitions
Infinity Solutions/Infinity Solutions, Inc: Website owner, employees or partners/affiliates.
Customers/Customer: Any company, organization or person hiring any of the Infinity Solutions’ Services.
Services: SEO Services, Web Services and/or IT Services.
Agreement
By doing business with Infinity Solutions, you accept and agree to following Terms and Conditions.
General
Infinity Solutions will perform services as agreed between Infinity Solutions and customer. Customer may direct Infinity Solution to perform services in writing, in person, in email and in phone conversation/voice mail. Any request validates a binding verbal/written contract between Customer and Infinity Solutions.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
Infinity Solutions will not be responsible for banned/excluded domain(s) by any search engine whatever the reason. Infinity Solutions will not be responsible for causes outside their control. These include, but not limited to, Customer’s ISP, employees, communications or equipment.
